Job description:
1. Receive customers and answer phone calls;
2. Assist the team lawyers to make work plans and work arrangements.
3. Assist the team lawyers in their work and assist the lawyers in drafting relevant legal documents;
4. Assist the team lawyers in receiving and transmitting relevant legal documents, documents and letters.
5. Assist team lawyers to participate in relevant meetings, sort out meeting minutes and other meeting affairs.
6. Assist the team lawyers to participate in the trial of litigation cases.
7. Assist the team lawyers to participate in legal investigation, such as filing by the Administration for Industry and Commerce and other relevant departments and marking by the court; Or participate in relevant due diligence as required by customers;
8. Assist the team lawyer in dealing with the communication with the relevant contacts of the client.
9. File sorting: after the case is closed, be responsible for sorting out the files, drafting the case summary, and binding the files into volumes for archiving.
Job requirements:
1. Full time bachelor degree or above;
2. Pass the national judicial examination or legal professional qualification examination;
3. Hold a C1 or above driver's license and master driving skills;
4. Master relevant office software;
5. Graduates from 985 and 211 institutions are preferred.
